The Approach
We built a custom application system with an extensive but UX-friendly form paired with a real-time Airtable dashboard. The challenge was creating a form complex enough to gather all needed information while keeping it simple enough that bands would actually complete it.
The Result
Transformed their application process from chaotic to organized. The festival team can now filter, review, and track every submission in real time while bands get a professional application experience that reflects the quality of the festival itself. Currently providing ongoing maintenance and updates.
George insisted on keeping the form simple despite the complex data — if bands got confused halfway through, they'd abandon it.
